Resogun was one of the first games to launch for the PlayStation 4, and served as a showcase of sorts to demonstrate what the system is capable of. The slick shoot-em-up kept me up late many a night as I perfected my skills in pursuit of ever-higher scores.
It sounds like I’ve got a reason to go back and get that Platinum, as developer Housemarque has announced that Resogun will be receiving an update that adds 4K and HDR compatibility to the game. There are no further details about availability at this time, as Housemarque simply says that the update “should be coming soon enough.” Fair enough, I suppose.
The developer released a “fan art print shirt” in celebration of the announcement, which you can access here . You can take the design and make a Resogun shirt of your own, if you’re the industrious sort. As for me, I’m content waiting for the 4K update to go live.
