There are a lot of MOBAs on the market recently. It’s hard to find one that really stands apart. Gigantic is one for the Xbox One and Windows 10 that always looked good. But looking good isn’t enough. You need to sample it. And now, everyone can. The game has entered the open beta phase via Microsoft’s Preview Program, complete with cross-play.
There are two ways to play Gigantic right now. The first is to enjoy it for absolutely free. This gives you access to six heroes each week, which rotate so you can try everyone. It also lets you play on the Ghost Reef, Sanctum Falls, and Siren’s Stand maps. If you buy the $40 Founder’s Pack, you get everything. That means all 16 heroes immediately available, as well as four more later, two skins, and founder status.
