Seasons of Heaven Announced Exclusively for Nintendo Switch

Seasons of Heaven Announced Exclusively for Nintendo Switch

Now that the Nintendo Switch is a real thing – we even saw it a few nights ago on Jimmy Fallon’s late night talk show – it’s time for developers to start talking about their games. One of the first to be announced comes not from Nintendo, but from French indie developer AnyArts Productions. They’ve revealed that their new game, Seasons of Heaven, will be releasing exclusively for Nintendo Switch.

The game is based on a French novel of the same name, and takes place in a post-apocalyptic world. Instead of the usual browns and greys one might expect to blanket the landscape, Seasons of Heaven features a beautifully colorful world that has been reclaimed by nature. Its protagonist is a boy named Yann, who has Asperger’s Syndrome, and his French bulldog, Ani. The two share a telepathic link, which they’ll have to put to use to progress through the game.

We don’t yet know when Seasons of Heaven will be released, but AnyArts says that they’ll be showing more of the game soon. Stay tuned for further coverage of this beautifully bleak Switch exclusive.
