Disney Infinity’ s demise was a rather unfortunate thing. The series had been getting better and better, the figures were among the best designed NFC toys, and rumor had it the fourth game was going to have an actual storyline. However, the more we hear about potential plans, the worse it gets. It turns out, there was going to be a Rogue One playset and group of figures.
This news first came to light from B Allen . He was the artist behind some of the other Disney Infinity figure designs. He showed off Rogue One Darth Vader and Baze Malbus figures. Kotaku hopped in to confirm Jyn Erso and K-2SO were also going to get figures and Ninja Theory was going to make the Rogue One playset levels.
As unfortunate as this is, it actually gets a little worse. B Allen showed off other Disney Infinity potential figures and sets. There was one for Moana , accompanied by Moana and Maui figures. There were also designs for Captain America: Civil War figures. It sounds like we really missed out, doesn’t it?
