Bubsy is one of those video game characters you love to hate. I mean, the bobcat found himself in some pretty bad games. But thanks to the work of a rom hacker named Metal64, he finds himself in a good one! A new modification has been released that pops Bubsy into Streets of Rage 2 .
Getting things working is rather easy. You need a copy of Streets of Rage 2 , of course. It’s also necessary to get the patch from Romhacking.net . Once applied, Bubsy joins Axel, Blaze, and Skate on their journey. Max is gone, but it’s a change we’re all willing to make. Bubsy has unique attacks and animations, taken from Bubsy .
If you need more Bubsy after this, another hack brought him into a different Genesis game. You could always play as him in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 . That’s pretty cool too!
