BioWare’s General Manager, Aaryn Flynn, has been having some fun with Mass Effect fans lately on Twitter. Inadvertently, he let something slip about Mass Effect: Andromeda’s romance options. This is easily one of everyone’s favorite parts of the series, even if you you’d never get them to admit.
In a tweet talking about Mass Effect: Andromeda , Flynn mentioned, “Remember. We lost the ‘partial nudity’ rating and got full ‘nudity.’” Later he added, “Yes it’s totally softcore space porn.” It’s clear that whatever we’ve seen in previous Mass Effect games might just be the tip of the proverbial iceberg if you know what I mean. Ahem.
Flynn wasn’t the only BioWare employee to get in on the fun/ Mass Effect: Andromeda’ s Lead Designer, Ian S. Frazier, made a comment about including some “massage oil” in the collector’s edition of the game. In Frazier’;s opinion the inclusion would help drive up pre-orders before the game launch. Flynn responded, “These are the world class ideas I need from you YESTERDAY, Ian…”
There’s no official ESRB rating for Mass Effect: Andromeda yet, but it’s safe to say there are going to be plenty of steamy things happening aboard the Tempest. How do you feel about this newest revelation ? Let us know in the comments!
