In case you missed it, a Twitter user noticed something special last week about their Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. It’s hiding a special message. Take a look at the right analog stick. You know, look at the inside of it. Near the top is a small message that reads, “THX2ALLGAMEFANS!”
You have to be tilting the thumb stick down, might have to shine a flashlight on it, and squint real hard, but it’s there. We’re teasing. Just tilt that right thumb stick down and there it reads.
It’s a sweet gesture from Nintendo directly to their fans, thanking and rewarding them for their loyalty. But, it isn’t just Nintendo that does this. Similar things have been done before, like when Microsoft included a hidden message in their Xbox One controllers. If you take the battery plate off and remove the battery pack, hiding right there in plain sight is a message that says, “Hello from Seattle.”
