Injustice: Gods Among Us was pretty revolutionary in the world of fighting games. Not only in the way it operated, but in the universe it opened up to us. Players took sides and battled in the epic fight between Batman and Superman for the fate of the world. You could play as and fight against super well known names like Superman, Supergirl, Aquaman, Atrocitus, Gorilla Godd, and Deadshot. The locations included Metropolis, Gotham City, and Atlantis.
Injustice 2 is coming May 16, 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and will continue the epic tale of the Batman versus Superman battle. Differing from its predecessor, Injustice 2 will feature the ability for players to change how their characters look, fight, and develop across different game modes.
This is all previous news that we’re sure you’ve heard before, but it’s leading up to something great. Warner Bros. Interactive and NetherRealm Studios recently released part two of their “Shattered Alliances” trailer for the game . In it we learn that Green Lantern and Green Arrow have decided to join the fight.
Both Green Lantern and Green Arrow are new to the Injustice series. However, that trailer gives a pretty good look at how both characters look. Both are equally impressive and siding with Batman!
