It wouldn’t be a proper year if it didn’t start with a leak or two related to Bungie’s Destiny series. Thanks to a GameStop in Italy, we now know when to expect the long-awaited Destiny 2. A shipment of posters appear to have arrived, proudly displaying the unannounced release date. According to this, which has come from multiple sources now, we can expect Destiny 2 on September 8. All that’s left is an official announcement.
But wait, there’s more! A second leak has appeared! Eurogamer reports Destiny 2 will hit the PlayStation 4 first. Not the actual game, though, but in the form of a timed-exclusive beta starting sometime in June.
The poster doesn’t seem to reveal much about Destiny 2 , sadly. It’s just showing some of the trademark Destiny guardians in cool poses. But we should know more soon enough.
