We had a bit of Destiny 2 news not too long ago, more or less leaking the alleged September release date . Since then, Activision has finally let the cat out of the bag, in a way one might attribute to a certain Captain Obvious.
On the official Destiny Twitter, an image has been posted of what appears to be the official logo art for Destiny 2 . If it isn’t, it’s the Destiny logo with a giant 2 behind it. So outside of any other context and common sense, we now, in an official, branded capacity, know Destiny 2 is a real thing and that’s what it’s called.
No release date news yet, so we don’t quite know for sure how reliable Italian GameStops are. The official information will undoubtedly be on a drip feed, so stay tuned for more in the near future. Here’s hoping we get some sort of confirmation before E3 2017, because can you imagine waiting until June for answers?
