Still been searching everywhere for a Nintendo Switch? Starting to feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger hunting for a Turbo Man in Jingle All the Way ? We’ve been told for a while now that Nintendo is stepping up production of Switches to try to get them in all the homes that want them as soon as possible. It’s looking like there is going to be another avenue soon that might allow you to get a Switch faster than purchasing the console on its own. True to Nintendo colors, there’s a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game and console bundle that should be coming out soon. It was listed on Nintendo’s Russian storefront and subsequently taken down. Appears someone must have jumped the gun.
The mistake has allowed everyone to see what the first potential Switch bundle is early though! You’ll be able to choose between the two standard options, a Switch with gray Joy-Cons or the bright red and blue ones. Either option will get you the console and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in a pretty branded box.
We don’t know a price or a release date yet, but considering Nintendo’s got their Directs coming up, we’ll probably find out soon. The game alone is planned to drop later this month on April 28.
