Nintendo Will not Be Presenting at E3 2017

Nintendo will continue to be vacant from the large Electronic Entertainment Expo conferences. With Nintendo’s frequent Directs and recent financial briefing, it sort of makes sense that they will not be hosting a large event at E3 2017. After all, they didn’t in 2015 or 2016. Splatoon 2 and Super Mario Odyssey will be available to play at E3, but there will be no large press conference.

Nintendo has had an incredibly busy year. The Switch has been selling extremely well, stores are still having a difficult time keeping them in stock for buyers. Nintendo also just released news of a “new” portable system. They’re releasing a New Nintendo 2DS XL, which actually looks miles better than my original 2DS, so color me interested. Apart from their console and portable systems, Nintendo has also announced even more games that people are excited for. Splatoon 2 and Super Mario Odyssey are in the works, as well as a number of other 3DS and Switch games.

You do you Nintendo, and we’ll keep an eye out for new news directly from ya.
