Treyarch has done it again! Yet another Call of Duty Zombies update is headed our way and we have some shiny details to share with you. Call of Duty: Black Ops III Zombies Chronicles will be releasing May 16 on the PlayStation 4 at a suggested price of $29.99. Just to reiterate, this is obviously a DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops III. You need the original game to enjoy this digital add-on. The release date for other platforms has yet to be announced.
When it releases, it will include a bunch of extra stuff to beef up that $30 price tag. When you buy Call of Duty: Black Ops III Zombies Chronicles, you’ll also get 20 vials of liquid Divinium, 2 new Whimsical Gobble Gums, an exclusive Zombies Pack-A-Punch weapon camo, and a Zombies Chronicles theme for your PlayStation 4. That last one is a pre-order exclusive item.
“8 Days of the Undead,” will start on Zombies Chronicles’ launch day, May 16, and will allow players of both Zombies Chronicles and Call of Duty: Black Ops III to earn double XP rewards for eight days. There will also be community challenges available, as well as a bunch of free content like a Zombies calling card, weapon camo, new Gobble Gums, and a PlayStation 4 theme.
