Retro has been super popular for a while now. Pokemon has been rebooting old entries in their handheld line of games for a long while. Nintendo is re-releasing new versions of old consoles. And the modding community has been putting out emulators for retro games since they found out they had the ability to. Even with the flood of old school titles and hardware, we can’t help but get excited with every single one. No, I’m not talking about Star Fox 2; I’m referencing the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy .
The remastered collection of classic Crash Bandicoot games has taken the world by storm. Many are reliving cherished childhood memories of the games, while others are experiencing it for the very first time. No matter how you play Crash Bandicoot , you’re sure to feel some major envy real soon.
The good folks over at PlayStation got to do something really cool with the reboot. They put the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy on a disk and packaged it in an old PlayStation plastic case. It’s really awesome looking. Employees got this rare delight.
There’s been no announcement of this being available to the public, so it might be a case of enjoying from afar. But how awesome would it be if we could have our own classic Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy cases for our collections?
