Mass Effect: Andromeda Multiplayer Getting a New Race

Mass Effect: Andromeda Multiplayer Getting a New Race

It would appear BioWare is working hard to keep everyone on their toes when it comes to their most recent entry in the Mass Effect series. There are rumors circulating left and right about whether Mass Effect: Andromeda will be getting more downloadable content in general, but specifically for the single-player experience. BioWare themselves have denied the rumors, but there are so many sources at work here it’s hard to keep them straight.

At the least we can now be assured that someone is still working on Mass Effect: Andromeda . The proof is in the pudding, or rather the multiplayer portion of the game. APEX multiplayer is getting another difficulty level for people to enjoy (Platinum). So if your games have been stagnating, you can go back in with some hardcore difficulty.

Another reason to head back into Mass Effect: Andromeda ‘s multiplayer is the addition of a brand new playable race. A Batarian character was front and center in BioWare’s teaser video highlighting the Platinum multiplayer difficulty. So clearly we’ll get to see this badass brand of alien in mutiplayer games.

There’s no indication of when this multiplayer update will be released yet, but hopefully it will be soon!
