Nioh ’s second DLC pack, known as Defiant Honor, is almost ready to go. Team Ninja has announced the pack is coming this month, on July 25. It will cost $9.99. The pack is also included in the Season Pass, which runs for $24.99, in case you want to go all in on extras.
Defiant Honor brings new stages and sub-missions to Nioh . They are set around Osaka Castle and deal with the historical figure Sanada Yukimura. The story of this pack follows the tensions between the Tokugawa and Toyotomi clans during the Sengoku era, with Yukimura’s forces building the Sanada Maru stronghold outside of Osaka Castle. William accompanies the Tokugawa forces as they attempt to get through Yukimura’s defenses.
The DLC pack comes with a new weapon, the Tonfa, as well as new armor, magic items, guardian spirits, new Yokai and enemies. Defiant Honor also brings new difficulty levels, as well as trophies to Nioh . It’s a pretty big deal!
