Rayman fans went through the roof this past January, when Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition was announced for the Switch. What’s not to like when you bring a legendary character to a new cult classic console, am I right? The awesome extra special thing about Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition is that there will be new multiplayer content! But more important, some leaks have occurred.
Recently, there was a demo for Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition listed on the Nintendo Switch eShop, but it was swiftly taken down. A similar listing for the full game is shown on the European Switch eShop at the moment, and it shows the game as “Coming Soon.” The release date listed along with that is September 12. If this date ends up being correct for the rest of the world, we’ll see Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switches in about two months!
There’s nothing for the game currently on the United States eShop, but given that Europe has let the proverbial cat out of the bag, hopefully we’ll see it soon. The little slip of a demo is also very exciting. There’s nothing like being able to test out a game to see what you think of it before committing to the full price.
