Forza Horizon 3 Getting Final Fantasy XV’s Car

Forza Horizon 3 Getting Final Fantasy XV’s Car

In what might be one of the weirdest cross-overs in game history, Forza Horizon 3 is reaching out to Final Fantasy fans. Starting August 1, Final Fantasy XV ‘s the Regalia will be available within the racing game as a drive-able car.

If you own Forza Horizon 3 on your Xbox One or Windows 10 PCs by August 1, you’ll get your Regalia through the in-game message system. If you own the Xbox One version of Final Fantasy XV ,  then you’ll get a code from the Xbox Live message system. You can then then redeem and use it in Forza Horizon 3 after you get the racing game.

Does anyone out there love the Regalia so much that they’re willing to spend $40-60 just to drive it around in Forza Horizon 3 ? I’m sure there are some of you out there, and if you are, shout out in the comments. As far as actual Forza Horizon 3 players go, you got yourselves a dandy new car for free. If you happen to play both games, you just won the cross-over lottery, am I right?

Glancing at the comments section of Turn10Studios YouTube announcement of the Regalia’s release, it would seem fans are rightly upset. They’ve been asking over and over again for certain real cars to be released in the game, and at the moment they feel like their requests are falling on deaf ears. Will Turn10 finally release some classic cars in the future for Forza Horizon 3 ? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see. The Regalia is a reasonable consolation prize in the meantime I suppose. Better than a plastic switchblade comb that’ll break in two days…
