Monster Hunter: World Arrives January 26, 2018

During the Tokyo Game Show, Capcom finally announced a release date for Monster Hunter: World . The game is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, globally, on January 26, 2018. The PC version’s release date is coming later. Nerugigante will be the flagship monster for this entry. Capcom also announced various non-standard editions of the game for Japan

Monster Hunter: World will come in a Digital Deluxe edition, as well as a physical Collector’s edition. The former will cost $69.99 and come with a Samurai Set skin, three gestures, two sticker sets, a bonus face paint, hair style, and 14 PSN avatars. These contents will be sold separately on launch. The collector’s edition will come with the above digital content, a 32-page art book, a Nerugigante monster statue and digital soundtrack code for $149.99.

Pre-orders for Monster Hunter: World will net additional bonuses. Players who pre-order will receive the Origin Set Armor and the Fair Wind Charm, which give players additional stat boosts starting out.

All of this looks rather exciting! Especially Nerugigante, which looks like a new dragon. Think you’ll pick up and play this entry?
