Fallout 4 VR Bundled with HTC Vive for a Limited Time

Fallout 4 VR Bundled with HTC Vive for a Limited Time

If you’ve been wanting a virtual reality headset, but have been waiting for the right time, that might be now. VR bundles are already starting to pop up for the holiday season, and this is one not to be missed. Right now, you can buy an HTC Vive VR headset that comes with a free copy of Fallout 4 VR . This is a limited time offer though, and only a set number of Fallout 4 VR copies are available. So if you’ve got the cash, you’re better off ordering sooner than later.

Fallout 4 VR is going to release on December 12, 2017 and will cost $59.99 on its own. That makes its inclusion with the HTC Vive headset a rather enticing offer. You have to order the headset directly from the Vive website, and they’ll give you a code for your copy of Fallout 4 VR . You’ll have from its release date to December 31, 2017 to redeem the code. So if you buy the Vive with the intention of playing your free copy of Fallout 4 VR on it, you’ll want to set a reminder for yourself. The HTC Vive itself costs $599, which is still a pretty penny to pay for a new technology. But as I’ve already said, if you’ve got the cash, this is a great bundle.

If you already own an HTC Vive, you can pre-order Fallout 4 VR and you’ll get a free three month subscription to Viveport. This service allows users to play five VR titles of their choosing from the app store each month they have a subscription.

One more point to make about the Fallout 4 VR bundle is this. You have to be over 18 to order and receive Fallout 4 VR , but apparently there’s an under 18 option as well. Contained within the small print at the bottom of this bundle is the statement that anyone ordering this under 18 will get Google Tilt Brush , Everest VR , Richie’s Plank Experience , and a free trial to Viveport instead. Kind of an interesting little tidbit.

Will you be getting the Fallout 4 VR HTC Vive bundle?
