Ubisoft Details DLC Plans for Assassin’s Creed: Origins

Ubisoft Details DLC Plans for Assassin’s Creed: Origins

Assassin’s Creed: Origins is out soon, later this month in fact. Ahead of the October 27 release date, Ubisoft has outlined its inevitable DLC plans, including what purchasers of the game’s season pass will be receiving. Some of the upcoming content will also be available free of charge.

Two major DLC packs, which add storyline expansions, are planned for the season pass. The first, The Hidden Ones, will release in January 2018. This DLC will be set years after the game’s core story and will be about a battle with Romans. March 2018 will see the launch of The Curse of the Pharaohs, which will have a more supernatural bent, featuring enemies such as Anubis warriors.

The Assassin Creed: Origins season pass will cost $39.99 and will also include smaller packs of outfits and weapons, an exclusive weapon, and 500 in-game credits. The game’s Gold and Steelbook editions come with the season pass. Free content such as Photo mode, Discovery mode, and a Horde Mode will also be added post-launch.
