Yesterday, we reported on Warner Bros.’ announcement that a PC version of Injustice 2, the popular DC Comics fighter, is on the way. In fact, it’s coming this fall and an open beta was supposed to start today on Steam. According to the official Injustice 2 Twitter account, and also the fact that it’s October 25, 2017 and there’s no sign of an open beta test, that does not appear to be the case.
“The PC beta will NOT begin tomorrow,” reads the official Twitter post. “Stay tuned for more information!” So there it is. No Injustice 2 on PC for today. That said, the PC version of Injustice 2 is certainly real, and one can assume based on that message that there will be something coming soon, either an open beta, some other form of testing or, well, something.
Unfortunately the whole situation is scant on details in general. There’s no release date for the PC port, and there were no specifics on the open beta test floating around outside of the now dud of a launch date. All Injustice 2 fans can do now is, as suggested, stay tuned.
