There’s a pretty vast network of Call of Duty fans that are just there for the Zombies modes. One can’t blame them, since they’re usually one of the best parts of the game. Fantastic news has been leaked for those fans in particular. A tweet, which has since been removed, was discovered by a Redditer named MaZerN that revealed some details about Call of Duty: World War II ‘s Zombies mode.
Apparently, there will be two maps that will release with the Call of Duty: WWII Zombies mode. The first is called The Final Reich. There will also be another called Groesten Haus. There is some disconnect on what the meaning of the latter map’s name is. Some are saying it’s a poorly spelled attempt at saying “large house” or “big house” in German. Others believe that Groesten may be the name of the person/family that owns the house. We’ll have to wait and see for an official reveal to clear that up.
The only other details that have been stated regarding the Groesten Haus Zombies map is a slogan that tells players to lock their doors and stay inside until dawn. The inference is that this Zombies map in particular will be a survival one where players have to beat waves of zombies from within a single house. Groesten Haus could be available right away or maybe Call of Duty: WWII fans will have to play Final Reich first.
Considering Call of Duty: World War II releases on November 3, 2017, we’ll probably hear some official statements regarding Zombies mode soon.
