Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus Coming to Switch

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus Coming to Switch

During a press event hosted by Bandai Namco, the publisher announced that Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch, with an extra word at the end of its title. It’s not just a port; it’s a port, with a new feature that adds multiplayer.

The new name of the game is Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus , and it comes with a new mode exclusive to the Nintendo Switch version. It’s a new two-player mode, called (deep breath) Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus 2P , and it’s also co-op. In this mode, if one player gets hit by a ghost, the other player can come to the rescue and keep the game going.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is already on platforms like Steam, PS4 and Xbox One. The new Plus version will be appearing on the Nintendo Switch eShop on February 22, 2018. A new trailer for this new version of the game is available on Bandai Namco’s various social media outlets.
