PUBG Corp Re-Issuing Lost Battle Points

PUBG Corp Re-Issuing Lost Battle Points

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has mostly been in the news lately because of its Xbox One port, but it would seem the PC version is still having some troubles as well. Apparently after the 1.0 launch, there was a problem with players being able to receive Battle Points (BP). This problem persisted between launch and the Wednesday December 27, 2017 maintenance. PUBG Corp seems to want fans to know they haven’t forgotten about them, as these lost Battle Points are now going to be given out.

If you played during the BP loss period, all you will have to do to receive them is log into the game and click on the BP reward screen. The claim period for lost BP will only last until February 9, 2018. If you log into PUBG after that period of time, the claim pop-up will still appear, but it will grant nothing. So be sure to log in and click on it before then if you plan on doing so. PUBG Corp warns that BP will not be given out immediately, as many people will be laying claim to their lost points. They assure that if you click the claim screen, your rewards will be given out eventually.

This seems like a small drop in the bucket compared to many of PUBG ‘s other problems, but at least it’s a show of good faith. Consider it an olive branch of sorts. If PUBG Corp is working on fixing problems as small as these, then we have to have faith that they are working hard on the bigger ones as well. The Xbox One version of PUBG is already slowly but surely working its way up to the quality that we hoped for and expected.
