Soulcalibur VI Introduces Groh

Soulcalibur VI Introduces Groh

Soulcalibur VI is the newest addition to the popular fighting franchise. It’s set to release sometime in 2018, and the creators are slowly but surely filling everyone else in on what they’ve created. A recent trailer release has revealed three familiar faces and one new one. Bandai Namco had previously announced that they would be bringing back all kinds of already recognized characters, but that there would be some newbies among the ranks.

The characters that everyone already knows and loves that will be returning to Soulcalibur VI include Xianghua, Kilik, and Nightmare. I’m partial to Nightmare myself, ’cause who doesn’t love a living weapon, am I right? Kilik and Xianghua are both equally great additions to Soulcalibur VI as well, though.

The new face coming to Soulcalibur VI is a man named Groh. He has some stellar-looking shoulder armor, and the rest of his costume is black and gray. He fights with a transformable sword that’s black as night and seems to have some kind of berserker mode. There’s no official statement from Bandai Namco as to exactly what moves Groh will have in Soulcalibur VI quite yet. However, his reveal means that news is probably soon to follow.

Keep your eyes peeled, and check the trailer below if you want to see what Nightmare, Kilik, Xianghua, and Groh will look like in Soul Calibur VI .
