PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has had a bit of a rough start on the Xbox One. Since launch, it’s had a number of problems, but it seems to have risen above all that and reached four million players on the console. Microsoft and PUBG Corp are celebrating the milestone by rewarding players. 30,000 Battle Points will be given out to everyone simply for playing the game.
The reward won’t just be for those playing PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds right this minute either. The promotion is set up to be available until January 31, 2018 at 12AM PT. So if you still haven’t bought the game and have plans to, now would be the time as you’ll get a little bonus. Anyone who has PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and creates a character by the end date will be awarded the 30,000 Battle Points.
The promotion’s end date is worth everyone taking note of since it’s directly related to when the Battle Points will be rewarded. While you simply have to create a character to receive the 30,000 Battle Points, it won’t appear in your account until at least February 1 at 12AM PT.
If you had plans to give PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds a try on Xbox One, this is as good of a chance as any. Will you be taking Microsoft and PUBG Corp up on their offer of Battle Points?
