Kingdom Come: Deliverance Gets Fan-Made Interactive Map

Kingdom Come: Deliverance Gets Fan-Made Interactive Map

If you’ve been enjoying Kingdom Come: Deliverance , then you just might be interested in this awesome fan project. One Reddit user named rogerhnn has created a browser-based interactive map for the game. It allows players to mark locations that they would like to remember that aren’t savable on the in-game map. PC users can keep it up on a second or third monitor (or switch to their Internet browser) for easy access. Console users can bring it up on a laptop, tablet, or phone nearby.

When you open the map as it stands right now it will only show city names. To add your own marker you simply have to left click the map. You’ll then be given the option to put a name and description on the marker. You can also change the shape of the icon to something like an arrow, star, or exclamation point. This can of course be best utilized to mark things like an area you’d like to explore more later, a group of enemies that you can’t beat at the moment, but would like to take on at a different time, or perhaps a store that has a good price on an item you’d like to buy. These personal markers are currently saved in your browser history, so it’s important to remember that you can’t wipe your browser cache without losing them all.

The base map allows you to toggle on or off all the following icons: city names, camps, baths, caves, grindstones, taverns, millers, and herbalists. Even more features are in the works for the map in the future. Creator rogerhnn has invited people to suggest their own markers in the Reddit post or Discord server , devoted to it. Also, if you share the URL for your map with a friend, it will show exactly where you have zoomed in. Later, you’ll be able to share any markers you’ve positioned there.
