In a press release, cheekily pre-empted with “It’s Official,” publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and developer TT games, along with rights holders The Lego Group, Disney, and Pixar have all announced LEGO Incredibles . Of course, we already knew this was coming thanks to Walmart selling LEGO sets early with game advertisements printed on the instruction manuals.
LEGO The Incredibles will be coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, on June 15, 2018. This is the same day The Incredibles 2 hits theaters, of course. The game, according to the release, will be all-encompassing, as it’s based on both the new movie and the original.
Much like the LEGO games of the past, LEGO The Incredibles will be all about using the Parr family’s set of Fantastic Four -inspired super powers cooperatively in order to solve puzzles. And like, break a whole bunch of stuff for LEGO coins. Along with the announcement, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has also dropped a trailer.
