Apex Legends Season 4 Begins February 4th

Apex Legends Season 4 Begins February 4th

The next round of Apex Legends content is on the way, and it will bring lots of changes with it. On February 4, 2020, Season 4 begins. One change is going to be the addition of a new playable character, which people pretty much expect from any season. The others are more weapons, the obvious map adjustments, and ranked mode splits and tiers.

The new Apex Legends character is named Forge. Forge is Hammond Robotics’ man. Hammond is the company that makes your Titan mechs, Marvin characters, and BRD-01 Spectres minions in the Titanfall series. While details about his personality and backstory explaining why Hammond is sponsoring him haven’t been revealed, we do know he is an aggressive former MMA fighter who has the Hammond logo on his necklace and an elaborate robotic left arm and shoulder.

As for other additions, people could see the map looking different and people using new equipment to hunt each other down. World’s Edge will be changed in Apex Legends Season 4. You’ll also be able to find and use a Sentinel charging sniper rifle to attack people from a distance and inflict some real damage.

Finally, the ranked mode will change in two ways. One is that Apex Legends Season 4 will introduce the ranked split. Each season, ranked will be split into two halves, with a different map for each one and a reset at the halfway point. Your reward will be based on the highest rank you reached overall. In addition, a Master Tier will slip into ranked between Apex Predator and Diamond, so that now only the 500 best players on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC will each get that.
