Google Stadia Now Supports More Phones

While Google Stadia is still moving along at a snail’s pace, progress is being made. In particular, the latest news has to do with platforms. When the service launched, it only supported certain devices. If you wanted to play on the go, you needed a Pixel 2, 3, or 4 phone. Now more Android devices will work.

To be specific, some ASUS, Razer, and Samsung phones are joining the Stadia lineup. All of them will be able to grab the app and begin working on February 20, 2020. Note that people will also likely need to have the Stadia controller, as currently people need to have it attached to a phone to play using the service.

Here are all of the Android phones that will work with Stadia soon.

In addition to the extra phones, a game update was announced. Lost Words: Beyond the Page, Panzer Dragoon, Serious Sam Collection, Spitlings, and Stacks on Stacks on Stacks will all be first on Stadia games. Release windows have not been confirmed for any of them.
