The surprise was ruined a bit by leaks, but after a long hiatus, and a couple high-profile remakes, a new Crash Bandicoot is finally on the way. Skylanders and Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled developer Toys for Bob is behind this one, and it's going to be a classic Crash from the top down. That means instead of being a big, open world or larger scale game, Crash 4 will more closely resemble the original, more linear titles. Crash 4 is aiming for an October 2, 2020 release date.

Nintendo finally revealed the first of the second wave of DLC fighters for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It's Min Min, the ramen shop-running, dragon-armed fighter from Nintendo's recent new fighting game IP, ARMS. She can change her weapons, cling to edges, and other unique properties that make her a standout in the roster. Min Min comes to Smash on June 29, 2020.

Billy Mitchell's Gaming Records Reinstated Into Guinness Book of World Records (via Official Website)

Billy Mitchell's long list of gaming achievements, the marquee of them being a laundry list of Donkey Kong accomplishments, were famously stricken from both the Twin Galaxies and Guinness record books. Mitchell threatened legal action against both organizations, and Guinness has decided to reinstate Mitchell's records. Both parties claim the reinstatement isn't related to the legal threats, but do suggest they were a catalyst for the conversation. Twin Galaxies has not reinstated the records, which were originally removed after evidence suggested Mitchell used MAME for some of his record videos surfaced.
