Spark Unlimited, developer of Call of Duty: Finest Hour, has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Activision. They allege that Activision failed to pay the company royalties for the title. They have also claimed that Activision stole the company’s proposal for Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. Spark claims they were promised development rights for three Call of Duty console titles.
