Topless Girl’s Lawsuit Forces National Game Ban

None

The Guy Game, a trivia game that rewards a player’s correct answers with girls revealing their topless selves, has been banned after one female sued Top Heavy Studios (the maker of the game), Sony, and Microsoft for placing her in the game without consent.

Or legal consent, anyway. The female was only seventeen at the time of the footage making her legally incapable of releasing it to the company. In order to show her in the game, they would have had to ask her parents. (And I’m sure that would have gone over well.)

The game is off the shelves for good, but the footage isn’t. You can now purchase a DVD called “The Guy Game: Game Over! for $19.99.
