50 Cent Says to Ignore Mature Rating On Game

None

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has just released his new game 50 Cent: Bulletproof. The game was rated M for Mature by the ESRB for blood and gore, intense violence, sexual themes, strong language, and use of drugs. The game allows players to play as 50 Cent kills his enemies in New York City and then loots their corpses. 50 Cent does not believe that the game merits an M rating and that it could be a good teaching tool for kids.

“Just because it is rated Mature doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy it for your kids,” he encouraged. “Play the game and explain to them what they are playing.”

“I think everyone knows that a game is a game. There’s the part where you actually press start on the controller, after that you are playing a game,” the rap star continued.

“If we have to take away video games, then we have to think about other things,” he concluded. “And then we have no entertainment because we might influence somebody who’s crazy.”
