Company To Take Chance on Biblical Games

None

Maybe the fact that religion in video games keeps coming up is a sign?

Virtue, a small video game maker in San Anselmo, is hoping to bring video games with Christian stories or allegories to the mainstream.

Many of you have expressed interest in the Left Behind game, but it may be because you get to save the world from the Antichrist rather than the actual religious aspect of the game.

“We know that we need to create the same endorphin release that a kid gets when he blows something up in a game,” commented Rick Tewell, president of Virtue.

Currently, the company is working on several games. Mayabin will be the first release later this year.

Due to the information we posted in an article last week, we believe Virtue has a tough road ahead of them if they want to popularize their games. But no one said miracles don’t happen.
