Jack Thompson Buys Stock in GTA Company; Blames Halo for 9/11

None

Jack Thompson, an anti-game crusader and Florida lawyer, has upped his ridiculous antics and bought stock in Take-Two Interactive, the company behind the Grand Theft Auto series and The Warriors. Thompson is not hoping that the company will increase his profit, but is rather looking forward to being a part of the shareholder mettings. Already he has requested a “handheld, cordless microphone.”

In a letter Thompson has written announcing his purchase of Take-Two stock, he has made fun of Paul Eibeler for his naming as “America’s Worst CEO of 2005” and the hot coffee scandal getting named one of the “Ten Worst P.R. Blunders of 2005.”

The real kicker was when Thompson blamed Bill Gates for September 11. He stated:

“What’s next Paul, a game in which players can practice flying commercial jetlines into the World Trade Towers? Oh, I forgot. Microsoft already did that. Thank Time’s “Man of the Year,” Bill Gates, whose Halo trained Lee Boyd Malvo to be the Beltway Sniper as well.”
