Yesterday, a man at the MacArthur Airport in Islip, Long Island attempted to bring his Xbox 360 onto an airplane with him. When he put the metal case containing the console on the conveyor belt in order for it to be X-rayed, screeners thought the system was a bomb. They proceeded to evacuate the entire terminal.
“The package looked to be suspicious with wires running through it,” commented Michele Remsen, an airport spokeswoman.
