Gears Of War: Judgment Writers Revealed

According to Eurogamer, Karen Traviss will not be penning the script for Gears of War: Judgment. Instead, script writing duties will be taken over by Tom Bissel and Bill Auten.

Bissel previously authored the Gears of War 3 art book and is currently co-authoring a book about the Tommy Wiseau film, The Room. He is also well known for writing Extra Lives: Why Video Games Matter.

Auten has previsouly worked with Twentieth Century Fox as a consult and has also worked on James Cameron’s Avatar and two Aliens-themed games.

Though many fans of Auten and Bissel are hyped about their inclusion on the Gears of War: Judgment project, the biggest question is whether or not they can tackle the serious-but-hilarious Gears of War style. Judging by their past work, they’ll do just fine.

There isn’t a whole lot of information about Gears of War: Judgment available, though details have been slowly spilling into the public since E3. We will bring you more information on the project as it becomes available.
