Skyrim’s Dragonborn DLC Is Now Official
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

For a while now, we have heard rumors and hints about a brand new Skyrim expansion called Dragonborn. Now, Bethesda has confirmed the new DLC back with a brand new trailer.

The trailer claims we’ll see new areas, new abilities, and a brand new story that puts players up against another Dragonborn. Further details are being kept under wraps, and there is no telling whether or not areas and characters from Morrowind will be coming back in Dragonborn, as was previously rumored. However, considering the game is about the previous Dragonborn, it’s entirely possible.

Dragonborn will release on December 4th for 1,600 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE. No word on a PC release yet, but it’s likely that we will see the expansion hit the PC at a later date.

As for the PS3, we haven’t seen any of the other expansions yet, so don’t hold your breath.
