Yesterday, Twisted Pixel Games Marketing Director Jay Stuckwisch confirmed via a blog post that LocoCycle will finally be coming to both the Xbox 360 and Steam on February 14th. This unique motorcycle racing/vehicular combat game will retail for $9.99 and serve as the perfect Valentine’s Day treat for racing game fans everywhere. LocoCycle was originally $19.99 when it launched alongside the Xbox One on November 22nd.
In addition, Jay also stated that they would be having a contest to give away a highly customized Xbox 360 console and controller to one lucky winner. He added that the design of this console is heavily inspired by the lead motorcycle character I.R.I.S. and is Twisted Pixel’s way of celebrating the game’s release on Steam and the Xbox 360.
LocoCycle was one of the games that received mixed reviews from several media outlets when it debuted on the Xbox One back in November. My best guess is that this game will eventually end up being included in Microsoft’s Games With Gold promotion before the year is over. In any event, Steam and Xbox 360 owners who do decide to purchase this game are in for a fun time from start to finish.
