Eurogamer confirmed today, March 21, that FarCry 4 will drop within the first half of next year, and it will be set around the mountain ranges of the Himalayas.
The game is said to be officially showcased at Ubisoft’s press conference at this year’s E3 in June, and it is expected to drop on Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. It is currently known whether or not Ubisoft is working on versions for last-gen consoles.
According to Eurogamer, FarCry 4’s gameplay will be similar to that of FarCry 3’s, such as hunting and crafting, and the world’s map will also be similar in fashion, such as having outposts to liberate.
What’s more, it has been confirmed that FarCry 4 will include ridable elephants, as well as other yet-to-be-detailed features.
