If you want to play NES games in this day and age, you’ll probably have to either dust off an oldschool NES box or use a console that emulates the original hardware. However, the guys over at Analogue have decided to create an alternative. They have made a brand new console called the Analogue Nt, which plays NES games the way they were meant to be played, on original NES hardware. This solid block of aluminum supports both Famicom and American NES style games, including Famicom Disk games. It includes an HDMI out, with next to no lag, something that few consoles can brag about. It’s region free and has four controller ports for original NES controllers.
There’s just one catch though; the console costs five hundred dollars, and that’s just for the basic grey model. Colored models will cost fifty dollars extra. So, how much are you willing to pay for your retro games?
