In this new, action-packed game by Activision, players will experience the harsh realities of war while fighting in land, sea, and air combat during World War II in America’s most decorated and heroic fighting unit, The Big Red One.
The game will use intense realism to allow the player to fight through North Africa, Italy, and Nazi-occupied Western Europe. The game will allow for multi-player game play in the Xbox and PS2 versions where players can fight in a team-based Axis vs. Allies system.
The game is set to release in the fall of 2005 on the PS2, Xbox, and GameCube. No rating has been given yet. It will retail for $49.99.
