Fans just can’t catch a Quantum Break . After a brief period of Xbox One and Windows 10 exclusivity, Quantum Break was finally due to launch on Steam alongside a special physical edition on September 14. Today THQ Nordic revealed that we’ll have to wait just a bit longer. These new releases have been pushed back a couple of weeks and will become available on September 29 instead.
“Due to additional time required for mastering and manufacturing the Quantum Break – Timeless Collector’s Edition for retail, the decision has been made to move the release to September 29,” read the update (via VG 24/7 ). Why THQ Nordic decided to push back the Steam release as well was not specified, but we’ll just assume that it needed a little bit of extra TLC. The Timeless Collector’s Edition will come with loads of extra loot, including a “making of” book and Blu-Ray, soundtrack, posters, quickstart guide, and premium packaging.
