EA and Respawn Entertainment’s massively successful new free-to-play, battle royale shooter Apex Legends is a big deal. It’s such a big deal that the community has already gone ape over an Easter egg and solved the puzzle connected to it. In this case, players began to discover a series of Loch Ness monster toys scattered throughout the map, and collectively discovered that these dolls had a purpose. Read on to find out what the deal is with the cute little stuffs.
There are apparently ten Nessie monster dolls hidden throughout the map, and they can be shot. However, if they are destroyed in a certain order, the actual Loch Ness Monster will make a cameo appearance in Apex Legends . You can see the gag in action via various video footage at this point, and it’s pretty wild. The monster is huge, but is appropriately shrouded in fog and leaves as quickly as it appears.
