Wolfenstein: Youngblood Will Make BJ’s Daughters Stars in July

Bethesda dropped a Wolfenstein: Youngblood on the internet. The latest adventure, which will star series’ veteran BJ Blazkowicz’s daughters Jess and Sophie as the newest Nazi hunters, has a July 26, 2019 release date. But getting to know when we’ll play isn’t the most shocking thing. We now know it will come to the Nintendo Switch, as well as the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Its preorder bonuses and deluxe edition’s Buddy Pass have also been revealed.

In Wolfenstein: Youngblood, players get to follow Jess and Sophie Blazkowicz as they attempt to find out what happened to their father. Nazis are absolutely involved. The resulting co-op adventure has people playing as one of the twins while either AI or another human player controls the other.

With the Wolfenstein: Youngblood Deluxe Edition, people who buy the game get a Buddy Pass. This gives them one free Buddy Pass copy of the game that one other person at a time can download and use. The person who has a Buddy Pass copy can then play Wolfenstein: Youngblood online, the full game, with the person who gave it to them. (To play alone or with others, they need to upgrade to a full copy.) This version also gives the original owner a Cyborg Skin Pack with new weapon and power suit cosmetic options.

As for the Wolfenstein: Youngblood preorders, they come with even more cosmetic options. To be specific, everyone who calls dibs on a copy ahead of time will get a Legacy Pack add-on. It comes with a Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Jacket Power Suit, BJ’s US Army Power Suit, a Wolfenstein: Old Blood Pipe, a Wolfenstein: Old Blood Knife, and a WW2 Weapon Skin Set for all ranged weapons. Basically, it lets the girls dress up like dear old dad.
