Halo: Reach Beta Coming at the End of June

Halo: Reach Beta Coming at the End of June

Something that is a long time coming will finally make its first appearance on PCs soon. Halo: The Master Chief Collection’ s version of Halo: Reach is headed people’s way. A closed beta will be arriving sometime next week, though an exact date hasn’t been yet. Still, expect it before June 2019 ends!

The Halo: Reach PC test flight will only be available for Halo Insiders. But, there’s a reason why more exact information hasn’t been pinned down. The build that will be used for this beta hasn’t even been picked yet. In the update, it was noted that there is one that could be used for the PC test flight, but it is even in a testing phase and might not be the one people actually get to test out.

For people who want to possibly get in on Halo: The Master Chief Collection closed betas, joining the Halo Insider program is a good start. People who visit the official website and sign up can opt in to a flighting program. This doesn’t guarantee they will be picked to try out Halo games early. However, people who get to participate from these betas are pulled from that pool.

As a reminder, all of Halo: The Master Chief Collection is coming to PCs with a mouse and keyboard control option, HDR, and 4K support. This means people will eventually have Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo: Reach .
