Old COD WWII DLC Weapon Contracts Have Been Unlocked

Old COD WWII DLC Weapon Contracts Have Been Unlocked

People have a great reason to return to Call of Duty: WWII while waiting for Modern Warfare. Sledgehammer Games has just offered a great goodwill gesture. It’s making it a lot easier for people to earn some special in-game weapons for multiplayer. Get ready to take on a whole lot of contracts!

So in Call of Duty: WWII, people could get new loot like weapons by completing Contracts. These would be certain challenges you could claim at the Quartermaster. These would be active for a limited amount of time and require you to perform certain actions within a specific time period to earn their rewards. Instead of having to wait for these to show up on certain days, now some will be available now. The Austen SMG, Bechowiec SMG, Chatelerault LMG, GDB-79 AR, M36 Sniper, M267 SMG, and Wimmersperg Spz AR

Sledgehammer also brought up details on other Call of Duty: WWII contracts that are coming or will be coming. the Erma EMP dropped on July 23, 2019. The Blyskawica will show up on July 30, 2019. It will be followed by the Fire Axe on August 6, 2019, the Baseball Bat on August 13, 2019, and the Push Dagger on August 20, 2019. Then, on August 27, 2019, the next Contract calendar will be released.

This is a nice show of goodwill for people. Especially since Call of Duty: WWII is coming up on its second birthday. The game was still fairly distinctive in 2018, given how story-heavy it was and that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was an online-only deal. Given its age and the fact that the next Modern Warfare will have a campaign, it’s a good time to let people start accessing more of everything without waiting.
