Leaked Footage of Cyberpunk 2077 Hits Internet

Cyberpunk 2077 , which has experienced recent delays, has appeared in the wild with subsequent gameplay leaks to boot. It seems as though some players have gotten their hands on physical copies of the game already.

This is according to users on ResetEra, a gaming forum, who have posted some direct downloads of streamed footage. A user named Atheerios added, “Have fun trying to take all these down CDPR.” CDPR is an abbreviation for the game’s developer, CD Projekt Red.

These streams followed shortly in the wake of Reddit post titled “We’re almost there boys. I actually had the game in my hands.”

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release for the PlayStation 4,  PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia.

Fortnite Returning to iOS

Fortnite is making its way back to iOS devices after its removal from Apples App Store. It will not, however, be relisted on the App Store unless an agreement is reached between the publisher Epic and Apple.

Instead, it will be arriving on the cloud streaming service, GeForce Now. GeForce Now is a Nvidia platform where users can play certain PC games using cloud streaming. It will be accessible through the GeForce Now website on the Safari web browser for iPhone and iPad and this version of Fortnite will be compatible with touch controls.

GeForce Now has just entered beta, although Fortnite isn’t currently available. This is because GeForce Now typically works with controllers but a method to incorporate touch controls for Fortnite is being worked on as an exception.

Dragon Age Creative Director Establishes New Studio

A new development studio, called Yellow Brick Games, has just been established by Dragon Age’s creative direct, Mike Laidlaw. It is an independent studio located in Quebec City.

The studio will also be staffed with some industry veterans from companies like Ubisoft, EA, and BioWare. Some names that have been announced include Thomas Giroux, Frédéric St-Laurent B., and Jeff Skalski.

The number of staff is expected to increase, but, at the moment, has 15 people in its employ. Mike Laidlaw will be working as the Chief Creative Officer and the company will seek to develop “original, new games of high quality.”
